Mohammed Hanif

Mohammed Hanif has written for stage, film and BBC Radio. His first novel, A Case of Exploding Mangoes, was long-listed for the Man Booker Prize, short-listed for The Guardian First Book Award and won the Commonwealth Writers’ Prize for Best First Novel. His second novel, Our Lady of Alice Bhatti, was described by The New York Times as a “deft, evil little novel of comic genius.” His books have been translated into 22 languages.
